Are there any supplies available for use in the Reading Room?

Yes! In addition to tables and chairs, the following supplies are available:
- Black vinyl tablecloths (for protecting tables from food and drink)
- Black polyester tablecloths (for a more formal boardroom look)
- Black plastic table tents (program offices must print their own name placards)
- Power strips (outlets are near monitors and in alcoves)
- Sandwich board and easels (the sandwich board can be placed outside when using the 15th & Penn entrance)
- U.S. and Commerce flags are always displayed, and a third flagpole is available for additional flags
